The calculator estimates road distance between the pickup and destination you select. For accurate results, include the town and country and check that both locations are correct.
When the distance service is enabled, the pickup and destination are sent from our server to Google Maps to calculate a driving route. We do not send your customer name, phone, email or payment information in the route lookup. The calculator requests your device’s location only when you press “Use My Current Location” and allow browser permission. Coordinates are sent to Google for an address and driving route. Manual search sends the text you type to Google Places. Resolved locations in your session expire for calculator use after one hour; submitted route labels and estimates are retained with your booking.
Road-distance results are provided by Google Maps. Google processes these requests under its Privacy Policy. Use of the Google Maps service is subject to the Google Maps / Google Earth Additional Terms of Service.
Distances and fares are estimates, not a guarantee of route access, availability or final charges. Return pricing includes two legs; eligibility uses the one-way road distance. VIP transfers and car rental are individually quoted. If the route cannot be reliably resolved, please request a quote.
When you submit a booking or enquiry, we retain the request and its estimate with the booking record and use your supplied contact details to respond. No payment is taken by the calculator. Contact booking@holidayshuttleservices.com with questions about your request or route information.
